Air motors are the low-speed drive for straight handpieces and contra-angles, powered by the air supply of the dental unit. Bestdent lists ten models.
Where Bestdent publishes a specification (202M1–202M6 and 202M5N), the motors have an E-type coupling for attachments, weigh 110 g and run on 0.30 MPa of drive air (0.30–0.35 MPa for 202M5N). 202M1 to 202M6 are rated at 30,000 rpm and 202M5N at 20,000 rpm.

- 2-hole: 202M1, 202M5C, 202M5N.
- 4-hole: 202M2, 202M4, 202M6, 202M6C.
- 6-hole with fibre-optic light: 201M7.
- External spray: 202M1–202M4. Internal spray: 202M5, 202M5C, 202M5N, 202M6, 202M6C.
202M5N and 202M6C have stainless-steel bodies; 202M5 and 202M6 have a silver finish.
