The 10S is Zirdent's larger fast-sintering furnace for zirconia. It reaches 1550 °C at up to 200 °C per minute without preheating, and its 90 mm tray holds 30–50 restorations per cycle.
Control
A colour touch screen gives access to the built-in programs and up to 50 custom programs. The pre-drying time can be set, the tray moves at a programmable speed with low noise, and the furnace calibrates its temperature automatically before each cycle and cools down quickly on its own.
Size and supply
The 10S measures 36 × 46 × 59 cm (W × D × H) and weighs 40 kg. It runs on 100–120 V or 230 V, 50/60 Hz, drawing 30 A at 110 V or 20 A at 230 V.
