Zirdent's Vacuum Porcelain Furnace is made for firing porcelain on dental restorations in the lab. It heats at 200 °C per minute to a maximum of 1200 °C and holds for up to 2 h 46 min.
Control
Built-in programs and up to 99 custom programs are managed on a colour touch screen, and four buttons start chosen programs directly. A servo motor moves the tray at an adjustable speed, and the pre-drying time and tray position can be set. A USB port connects the furnace to a PC for the service program.
Size and supply
The furnace measures 360 × 270 × 700 mm and weighs 19 kg. It runs on 100–120 V or 230 V, 50/60 Hz, at up to 1500 W.
