Zirdent's Fast Sintering Furnace is built for short sintering cycles for zirconia restorations. It heats at up to 200 °C per minute and reaches its maximum of 1530 °C in 20 minutes, with no preheating stage.
Heating and power
The furnace uses silicon carbide heating rods driven at a lower voltage and comes with a separate power unit. It draws up to 1300 W and works on 100–120 V or 230 V, 50/60 Hz. The longest hold at top temperature is 2 h 46 min.
Size
The furnace measures 32 × 36 × 56 cm and weighs 20 kg; the power unit measures 29 × 22 × 13.5 cm and weighs 12 kg. The usable chamber size is 6.5 cm.
