Zirdent's PMMA discs are polymethyl methacrylate resin blanks for CAD/CAM milling in the dental lab. The range has four versions:
- Monolayer PMMA, one shade throughout
- Multilayer PMMA, with a shade gradient through the disc
- Clear PMMA, a transparent resin
- Flexible PMMA, a flexible resin
Formats
All four versions come in 98 mm, 95 mm and 92 × 75 mm formats. Monolayer and multilayer discs are 12–25 mm thick; clear and flexible discs are also made 10 mm thick. Zirdent uses the VITA® 16-shade system for its PMMA discs.
