G-Ceram ZF is the all-ceramic line of Atlas Enta's G-Ceram porcelain powders. It is a natural feldspathic porcelain for veneering frameworks of zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) or lithium disilicate (LS₂).
The restoration is built up from base dentine, dentine and incisal layers. Atlas Enta states that the powders show minimal shrinkage, keep a stable colour at different layer thicknesses, and give high translucency and depth of colour.
Typical work includes full and partial veneering of zirconia frameworks, crowns and bridges on ZrO₂ or LS₂ substructures, and porcelain veneers.
G-Ceram ZF is not intended for metal frameworks; for metal-ceramic work, Atlas Enta makes G-Ceram MF. The manufacturer also lists a severely reduced residual dentition and known allergy to any of the ingredients as contraindications.
