The PF-610Z combines a ceramic press furnace and a porcelain furnace in one unit. The selected program decides the mode, and the furnace switches between pressing and firing automatically.
Pressing
Pressing is driven by a stepper motor, so no compressed-air supply is needed. Press force and speed are adjustable, the pressing distance is shown live on the screen, and a crack-detection function is built in.
Firing
The furnace heats at 200 °C per minute to a maximum of 1200 °C, holds for up to 2 h 46 min and has a temperature accuracy of ±1 °C. It calibrates its temperature automatically and offers built-in programs plus 50 custom programs on a colour touch screen.
Size and supply
The unit measures 360 × 270 × 700 mm and weighs 23 kg. It runs on 100–120 V or 230 V, 50/60 Hz, at up to 1500 W.
